Counselor and Case Manager for Children and Families
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field. We are looking for candidates who are ready to grow professionally, learn new skills, and make a difference for children and families. Driver’s license and car necessary.
Job Description: This is an exciting entry level professional opportunity for a Bachelor’s level direct human service provider with a passion for working with children, adolescents and families. This position includes the provision of home based and/or outreach case management, counseling, advocacy, and skill building with youth/families. Counselors/ case managers work hand in hand with youth/ families to help them optimize their functioning and connect to long term community supports. Collaboration with other social service providers is an integral part of the work.
